CONCEPT

Form grinder of ultra-precision and high-speed grinding by table a linear motor drive.

Feature

・"Fine Form Grinding by the high-speed reciprocate" by adopting the table linear motor drive.

・It can be multi-position grinding suitable for high-volume Mass production or low-volume grinding.

・It includes benefits such as "table stopping accuracy of within 1μm." Because it can also be carried out accurate positioning, it can respond to on-machine measuring device using a CCD camera or touch probe.

・T-shape structure less thermal expansion by adopting an integrated structural frame, overhung less structure and 3-axis closed loop holds the higher positioning.

・Own developed unique software that can be used as immediate for Grinding wheel form and multi-position grinding and contouring grinding is possible.

・Correspond various grinding, mode such as a shift plunge grinding.

CONCEPT

Ultimate fine form grinding machine for possible to have Coarse grinding to Fine grinding without grinding wheel.

Feature

・ATC (Auto Tool Changer) is difficult to take balance therefore need to make datum again which is not suitable for fine form grinding. So we always recommend two spindle mount type machine.

・Corresponding to both sides grinding utilizing the tilt head function. It can also be more sharp corner-R by using coarse Grinding wheel and finishing Grinding wheel separately.

・Corresponding to APC confirm Datum to Grinding start point every time by Image processing by CCD camera, it is possible to cancel pallet change error.

・Download CAD data ⇒ Grinding process ⇒ Auto measurement by CCD camera ⇒ Compensation grinding ⇒ A.W.C. Digitizing and Automation such sequence of process.

High Efficiency grinding compatible with Fine Forming Grinding by Ultra Precision Micro Profile Grinding Machine.

Feature

・Developed Ultra Precision Micro Profile Grinding Machine Model UPZ210LiII for Fine Forming Mold Parts.This machine is up grade of UPZ210Li which work well for Ultra Fine Forming Mold Parts like a connector, increase ability, operability than previous model.

・Not only longitudinal movement, total 3-axes adopted linear motor drive for increase positioning accuracy, and possible to import CAD data from previous process machine for more simplify of data. Furthermore, because it is equipped with a three-dimensional profiling function as standard equipment, suit for grinding of special profile tools.

・Possible to make G-cord program only select for grinding Start point and grinding Finish point, not necessary route point teaching like profile grinding machine.

・Squeeze cycle time with coarse by Plunge and Traverse mode as standard.
